Parents have to carry the following documents for submission :

• Online Form duly signed by both parents
• One set of Xerox Copy along with original Birth Certificate
• One set of Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of Parents & Child
• One Set of Xerox Copy of Address Proof
• One Set of Xerox Copy of both the Parents Highest Educational Qualification.
• Child Photo & Family Photo

The following additional documents are required for Catholic/Christian applicants  :

1)       Letter from the Parish Priest

2)      Baptism Certificate Orginial

The following additional documents are required for Siblings applicants  :

1)       School Identity Card Xerox Copy

Put a batch on the child with the child’s full name & Form No. written on it so that it becomes easier for the teacher to relate with the child.

You are required to pay admission processing fees of Rs. 500/-

Kindly accompany your child along with you.
