Empowering the teachers!
A seminar on CBSE Training was organized for the teachers of Don Bosco High School, Borivli, on 11th
January 2025. The event took place in the school premises from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and was conducted by the esteemed Mrs. Raj Aloni, Principal of Ramsheth Thakur School, Kharghar. Teachers from the Nursery, Pre-primary, Primary, and Secondary sections participated in this enriching session.
The seminar began with a short prayer service, setting a solemn and focused tone for the day. Mrs. Raj Aloni, a highly experienced educator and a reservoir of knowledge, conducted the training. Her dynamic and insightful approach captivated the participants, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
The session covered a wide array of essential topics crucial for CBSE training, providing teachers with
valuable insights and practical strategies. It began with a focus on effective methods for evaluation,
emphasizing ways to assess student learning and progress accurately. This was followed by guidelines on maintaining records, which highlighted the importance of systematic and precise documentation. Teachers were also introduced to strategies for the assessment of performance, ensuring fair and comprehensive evaluation of students. Examination-related queries were addressed in detail, offering clarity on common challenges and doubts regarding examination processes. Additionally, the session explored different tools used for assessment, introducing innovative and effective methods to evaluate students more efficiently. An open forum for clarification of doubts provided teachers with the opportunity to seek solutions to various issues
they encounter in their roles, making the session interactive and highly beneficial.
Mrs. Aloni’s vast knowledge and engaging delivery made her an encyclopaedia of information for the teachers. She delved deep into every topic, providing practical examples and addressing concerns with remarkable clarity. Her ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner was highly appreciated.
