Steps of Pride, Beats of Freedom
The Patriotic Dance Competition was held in Don Bosco High School & Jr. College on 31st July, it was celebrated with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of national pride. The event was organised to honour our motherland and to celebrate the spirit of patriotism through the vibrant medium of dance.
Students from Std 9 and 10 participated wholeheartedly, presenting energetic and heartfelt performances. Each class showcased creative choreographies that reflected India’s rich cultural heritage, its unity in diversity, and the heroic sacrifices of our freedom fighters. The performances stirred strong emotions and were met with thunderous applause from the audience.
The esteemed judges Mr. Aaron Pinto and Mrs. Usha Correia congratulated the students for their energetic performances, dedication, discipline and hard work. They praised the overall efforts and creativity of all participants.
After careful deliberation, the results were announced. Std 9B and 9D were declared joint winners for their impactful and well-synchronised performances. Std 10A and 10B jointly secured the second place for their graceful presentation.
The event concluded on a joyful and uplifting note, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of pride and love for the nation. It was truly a memorable day, filled with rhythm, colour and the true spirit of India.
