Aims:
 To promote mental well-being among teachers and equip them with stress management techniques.
 To create awareness about the importance of emotional and psychological health in the teaching profession.
 To help teachers develop coping strategies for work-related stress and personal challenges.
 To foster a positive and resilient mindset for better classroom management and personal well-being.


Objectives:
1. Understanding Stress and Its Impact
o Identify the causes and effects of stress in a teacher’s daily life.
o Recognize the signs of burnout and emotional exhaustion.
2. Building Emotional Resilience
o Learn strategies to enhance emotional resilience and positive thinking.
o Understand the role of mindfulness and relaxation techniques in stress reduction.
3. Effective Stress Management Techniques
o Develop practical coping mechanisms such as time management, deep breathing, and meditation.
o Explore ways to create a work-life balance for improved overall well-being.
4. Creating a Supportive Teaching Environment
o Learn how to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere despite daily challenges.
o Build strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and students to foster a stress-free teaching experience.
