Aims:
To promote mental well-being among teachers and equip them with stress management techniques.
To create awareness about the importance of emotional and psychological health in the teaching profession.
To help teachers develop coping strategies for work-related stress and personal challenges.
To foster a positive and resilient mindset for better classroom management and personal well-being.
Objectives:
1. Understanding Stress and Its Impact
o Identify the causes and effects of stress in a teacher’s daily life.
o Recognize the signs of burnout and emotional exhaustion.
2. Building Emotional Resilience
o Learn strategies to enhance emotional resilience and positive thinking.
o Understand the role of mindfulness and relaxation techniques in stress reduction.
3. Effective Stress Management Techniques
o Develop practical coping mechanisms such as time management, deep breathing, and meditation.
o Explore ways to create a work-life balance for improved overall well-being.
4. Creating a Supportive Teaching Environment
o Learn how to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere despite daily challenges.
