Children’s Day Program . Dated: 14 th November 2024.
Children’s Day at Don Bosco School, Borivli, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy. The well-planned program ensured a day filled with engaging activities and memorable moments for the students.
The day began with a prayer service organized by the Faith Formation Team, setting a positive and serene tone. This was followed by academic sessions during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th periods, allowing for a balanced start to the day. Games for Std 1 & 2 were held during the 4th period, while Std 3 & 4 enjoyed their games during the 5th period. These activities, conducted in the undercroft area, were expertly organized by the school’s coaches and were met with excitement and enthusiasm from the children.
In the 6th period, the students participated in a Card Colouring Activity, during which teachers added a personal touch by writing heartfelt messages for each child. The joy on the children’s faces was truly a highlight of the day.
After a refreshing break, students were treated to Movie Time during the 7th and 8th periods, creating a relaxing and entertaining atmosphere. The day concluded with a fun and interactive Quiz Session in the 9th period, engaging the children and testing their knowledge in an enjoyable manner.
The beautiful backdrop for the event, crafted by the Cultural Team, added to the festive spirit of the celebration. Miss Grenita Machado skillfully coordinated the Card Colouring, Movie Time, and Quiz activities, ensuring smooth execution and delightful experiences for the children.
The Children’s Day program was a perfect blend of learning, fun, and celebration, leaving the students with cherished memories of a day dedicated to them.
