Teachers are the awe-inspiring, rock stars of education. They work tirelessly to enrich the lives of the next generation. Their devotion, hard work, and eternal positivity never go unnoticed. “A good teacher is like a candle—it consumes itself to light the way for others.”
We at Don Bosco Borivali began our Teachers day celebration from the 4th of September,We started our assembly on the intercom and a beautiful PPT presentation, where our young boscoites felicitated our teachers with words of appreciation and a little heart as a token of love. We then continued with the assembly in the hall starting with a prayer dance asking for God’s blessings. Song – Thank you Lord.A beautiful poetry was recited by our kids followed by an energetic theme dance on the song ‘Chhote Chhote Pavo se’.Students sang a melodious song which was specially dedicated for our teachers.Finally the finale of Grade 2 CBSE, students performed a very synchronized dance on the songs ‘I love my teacher & I want to say thank you’.
On the 5th of September ,we started our day by hearing mass ,which was celebrated by our priest from the house with a beautiful homely given by our Rector Father Solomon Raphol. then we proceeded to have our breakfast and yes there the fun and entertainment begins .we all were seated in the hall where our kids gave us a wholesome of power-packed entertainment programme our students danced to the melodious retro songs,sang beautiful songs. Father Rector gave us a few words of wisdom, our green line team students gave each teacher a beautiful tulsi plant,the ppa then felicitated ours with a gift. Here we end our entertainment with our students and the PPA. Our Principal Father Flovi Dsouza with a beautiful message thanked everyone with a beautiful message.
Then the Management and the cultural committee had organised lovely games for the teachers,we had dancing and a lot of fun. The management felicitated the teachers and finally we had a tasty yummy meal not forgetting the yummy desert for the day. Well all good things come to an end and finally the celebration was ended.
